    7 drown in Lagos within a week






    No fewer than seven individuals have reportedly lost their lives to drowning within a week in Lagos State.

    This was disclosed by the Lagos State Police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, in a WhatsApp chat.

    According to him, within this week alone, seven people in Lagos drowned in hotel swimming pools and beaches.

    Providing statistics and locations, he added that two individuals died in a hotel located in Mushin, one in a hotel on the Island, one in Ibeshe Island, two fell off the 3rd Mainland Bridge in an accident, and one in a hotel in Shasha.
