    You’re not qualified to talk about corruption, PDP tells Tinubu



     


    The People's Democratic Party has dismissed claims by the President-Elect, Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu that he’d fight corruption when he’s sworn in on May 29, 2023. 

    National Publicity Secretary of the party, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, who said this in Abuja, on Friday,  explained that Tinubu is yet to address various allegations  of corrupt enrichment against him in his time as two term governor of Lagos State as well as his alleged stranglehold on the economy of the state over two decades after leaving office. 

    According to him, the President-Elect needs to come clean about his stake in Alpha Beta, a tax consultancy firm which enjoys the sole propriety of tax collection on behalf of the Lagos State Government.
