    Army recovers 1671 PVCs, ballot papers in Lagos apartment






    Officers from the 9 Brigade of the Nigerian Army have recovered 1,691 Permanent Voters  Cards, in an apartment in the Olodi Apapa area of Lagos State.


    They equally arrested three persons in the apartment.

    Also recovered were ballot papers, cutlasses and Indian Hemp.
