Think-Rich Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, has advocated for more synergy among community stakeholders for proper coordination of funds to tackle poverty in Nigeria.
The President of Think-rich foundation, Chief Ambassador Salami Saheed Oladimeji made the call during the presentation of certificate of affiliation to some beneficiaries held at Iyana mortuary Abeokuta Ogun State.
Ambassador Saheed said Thinkrich community is the coming together of the rich ( givers) and the needy ( receivers) in the interest of both parties to foster development of themselves in their various community.
He added that the aim of the foundation is to build a structure that render help to different various kind of people through the foundation (NGO) and for the people to render help within themselves through the Non-interest cooperative society for the growth of the people in their community.
He urged givers who want to support the foundation to give with a safe mind adding that receiver should benefit no matter how small.
Meanwhile, the representative of the International Association of World Peace Advocate, Professor Chidi Ehiriodo in his remarks said the United Nations Sustainable Development goal talks about no poverty.
He said the certificate given to the beneficiaries as an affiliation is the number one NGO in Ogun State, to publicly received under international organization.
His words, "the presentation of the certificate is because the activities are in line with the watching of the united nation sustainable development goals.
"The community is promoting United Nations so that people will migrate from poverty to sustainable economic lifestyle.
"Think rich is very busy providing free meal on monthly basis to people irrespective of tribe and ethnicity under the United Nation to eradicate poverty in the country.
"Educating the people on the right way to go in other to avoid hunger and poverty
"Think- rich community should come up with one creative programme that will stimulate the activity of Nigerian either community leader, politicians to think along on how we can achieve a better society
"We are here under the authorization of the world Peace President think-rich community has been identified as one of the best NGO that's doing the work of the united nation" he said.
One of the beneficiaries, Mrs Patience ifeoma said she is proud to be a member of the foundation.
"Through this organization I have touched souls especially people living around me .
She therefore appreciated the foundation for reaching out to communities around.
