A 20-year-old suspected terrorist, Naziru Sani has confessed to killing of no fewer than 20 persons in different attacks across the country.
The suspected terrorist confessed to working with the Bello Turji camp, a notorious terrorist who is believed to be leading dangerous attacks in parts of the country, especially in the Northern region.
When paraded at the Command’s Headquarters by the Zamfara Police Public Relations Officer, SP Gambo Isah, the suspect in his confession, said, “I have been involved in several community attacks under the command of my boss, Turji and I have killed over 20 persons in the past but I have repented now.”
The Police PPRO informed journalists that Nasiru Sani said he was trying to find his way to Suleja, Niger State where his parents live when he was arrested, claiming that he left his wife and children in Makera village, Tsafe local government area, Zamfara State.
”He said they are many in the group under the leadership of Turji’s camp, saying that he gets between N20,000 to N30,000 after every operation.
